let's talk about my life lately, why not?
wait, before that — i just realized i haven't introduced myself yet! i'm mostly writing this to myself, but to whoever may be reading this:
you can call me mason ! sometimes you'll see me as rashid or hyde here on the web. i'm 18 — god, it feels so weird to even write that... —, i'm brazilian, of lebanese and italian descent, but unfortunately can't speak neither arabic nor italian. i know, i know, embarrasing. my greatest obsessions are my chemical romance, late 90s — 2000s web history, and... well, hard to put it into words; i like many things. i'm a sensitive person, but i mostly feel dislocated from my own being most of the time.
okay, this post is coming about in somewhat of a dark tone... and for that i am sorry. i'm usually pretty bubbly and all about silly emoticons, but i'm feeling more introspective and ~misterious?~ tonight.
oh, yeah, it's nighttime. i'm taking a tech course right now. i'm supposed to be tidying up my end-of-semester presentation now, but, meh, not feeling like it. don't get me wrong, i just need to plan it better before starting. i like to outline and plan things ahead. not much of a spontaneous and creative person, sadly.
now that all of that's covered: firstly, i didn't know livejournal's built-in editor wasn't rich text! where are my headings... but it's okay. only raw text. i dig it. i'll get the hang of it; this is my first post here after all. by the way, i only know about livejournal due to pete wentz. so thank you for being a sensitive writer, pete. now i'm in this beautiful website to write about my gay little thoughts too. not as well as you, but hey, i'm only human.
i'm currently working on a blog. i'll probably upload it on neocities when it gets more in form. it's really simple and i have to set every post manually (even the time of posting!) but i don't really mind it, at least for now. pure html and basic javascript, as our ancestors used to do...
